Containing Minoxidil 5% w/v, Regenova is a new hair regrowth solution formulated for the treatment of hereditary hair loss in men and women. It comes in a three-month pack with one dropper, and a six-month value pack containing six 60ml bottles with a double dropper. Hereditary hair loss, the most common cause of hair loss in men and women3, is a common problem as about half of all men by the age of 50, and more than three quarters by the age of 70, will develop so-called ‘male pattern’ baldness.1 According to the American Hair Loss Association, two thirds of men will start to see their hair diminish by age 35, and by the age of 50 about 85 per cent of men have significantly thinning hair. Twenty-five per cent of men who are affected by hair loss will start to notice the condition by age 21.2 Although not as common as in men, women might also experience hereditary hair loss.
